For a nominal fee, Debra Hampton provides a prison visit by providing legal advice to your loved one incarcerated in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that will help you decide if a Debra K. Hampton - Attorney should be involved with the continued appeals or parole process.Services Provided:
- A one-time confidential legal visit to discuss various options and
scenarios for your loved one.
- Review of legal papers that the client makes accessible at the time
of the visit.
- Legal advice to the client on their situation.
- If further services are rendered after the visit, the fee for the
one-time visit is applied as a credit toward your additional fee which
will be discussed and agreed to by appropriate parties.
This service does not include reviewing the client's trial or appellate
papers in advance of the meeting. The fee for these one-time visits
includes time spent scheduling the visit, all correspondence to the
client before the visit, travel time & mileage to and from the
prison, waiting time at the prison, the visit itself, and any follow-up
communication promised during the visit.
